Oak Grove, Hidden Creek Subdivsion Homeowners' Association, DeKalb Neigborhood Leadership Alumni Association, Carriage Woods Civic Association, Hartwood Estates HOA, Sagamore Hills Civic Association, Shoal Creek Preserve Homeowner's Association, Carlisle Commonwealth. More than 500 citizens, representing more than 300 neighborhood and civic associations, participated in the 2009 Neighborhood Summit.Let's double that number this year!
